polishing left hand side engine mount

In this pic the LHS engine mount is polished,now my question is are they easy to remove for polishing or does it have to be done on the car?

i thought as much i new it wouldnt be an easy task
Im getting my plenum and fuel rail polished so thought id get this done too but looks like ill not be now,lol

I would use bits of wood between trolley jack and engine.

Trolley jack is ideal, i think mine was supported on the sump, with a piece of wood to distribute the weight.

i guess all your doing is holding the weight of the engine and not lifting it at all
