Power Cable

Installed a Sub/Amp into my car the other day.
The best route I found for the power cable (Battery -> Boot) was through the rubber gromit in the chassis where the Bonnet cable goes through.

Is this the best place to do it?

I wasn't 100% sure as its a pretty tight fit!!!

Where have you run your cable to get it from the Batery to the Boot?

thats where i have mine too.

in my ignorance, i paid halford to do it,

came back to a wacking great hole in my firewall

for refrence, dont get halfords to fit audio!!!

I struggled with this tonight... Couldnt push the cable through from the engine bay into the cabin, so I went the other way - from the cabin to the engine bay. There was just enough cable before the fuse to reach the battery!

sounds like a good idea but i jus drilled a hole under the glovebox in the corner so it is hidden
