power increase, any suggestions?

looking 4 a half decent mod to increase power on my 172.
here is a list of every thing iv got/done so far:

v-maxx coilovers
polyurethane bushes
k+n pannel filter
full stainless exhaust system with de-cat
just done major service
brembo maxi discs (front)
EBC redstuff pads all round
braded hoses

im looking to spend about 300-400 pound.
i stay in central scotland
any help would be greatfull, thanks ;-)

300 - 400 pounds will get you nothing but a feeling of disappointment I'm afraid.

This TBH and use any change you have left over to buy a Rear ARB which whilst it wont give you more power, will make a noticable difference to how the car feels to drive.

I thought that was the going rate for them, fitted too.

Probably more like £1600 mate £600 belt change, cams plus fitting £700 ish, mapping £300. Not the cheapest mod really. If you can do it when the belts are getting done its not so bad, but the gain aren't really worth it.

For a quick fix make it lighter and save up for a big conversion, TB's, s/charger, Turbo later.
