Premium credit - insurance finance

They appear not to of taken their money this month again, this happened last year too and they threatened to cancel my policy if it happened again. Now there is plenty of funds in said account and it usually gets taken on the 21st. Their offices are closed til Monday grr. Anyone else had problems with them?

Greenlight, policy not due for renewal until July.

It just a bit strange tbh, i gave it a few days as the 21st was a sat and thought that might be why. I just dont want them to cancel my policy without my knowledge!

It would be nice to know what they're playing at tho, if I didnt check my statements I could of easily spent the money by now!

Get it in writing then dont look back. If they have cocked up and you have it in writing theres nothing they can do if they decide at a later date this is an error!

I've had that elsewhere with a couple of companies. Probably due to you not being due any return of premium if you cancel in the last 2-3 months, so they make sure you pay it all before then
