Prima Racing Cams...Why So Cheap??

Just found these supposed 'fast road' cams but they seem kind of cheap for some reason. Anyone had these before?

They're made from blanks which is good and they are the same profile as the catcams 428. Nothing amazing but a bit better than standard.

Thanks for the reply I will keep an eye on these few basic tuning to do first though.
