Thinking of getting one of there Aluminium crank pulleys while i have the engine out of the cup car. Does anyone have any experiance of them?

Ive noticed the standard one has a rubber damper in it, but the prima one doesnt. Is this actually needed? i dont want to buy one then have issues further down the line.

Prima are a good engineering company.. got some old school boys that work there, I've never had a problem with them :)

I've just ordered my genuine crank pully, the rubber part is a Vibration damper
it reduces transmitted engine noise.
Solid one who knows wot would happen.

Crank failure is the main side effect. Certainly K20 and 2ZZ engines are extremely sensitive to changes in the crank dampers effectivness.
