problem when my battery goes dead

Bascially sometimes my bettery dies and i put the booster pack on it to start it up and the imobilizer stays on? i try locking it and unlocking etc etc and still nothing, usually have to wait about half hour to an hour before i can start it again with a booster pack. Is there anyway of resting the imobilzer faster??
