Problem with some websites not loading

Most are fine, Facebook and Cliosport, eBay etc. but others such as Paypal or some image hosting sites (I can't view some pics in threads on here) won't load. They just say 'connected' and then don't actually load.

I've tried clearing my cache and stuff, to no avail.

What happens if you try to ping a website that wont load?

'Request timed out'.

Does it resolve the URL though?

The Paypal site itself which I'm testing it on (this loads) comes up with the IP but says 100% loss, the login (which won't load) says 'cannot find hostname' or something.

Any ideas? It's annoying me now
