PS3 time zone issue

So, the extreme failure of a game they call GT5 always says my dat and time is set wrong. The ps3 is set to the correct time so go through the settings, select GMT and check via the internet and it's an hour out?!?! What's that all about?

I will set it manually but that's not the point.Anyone else get this?
