putting data onto a disc

i have downloaded 96% of my first downloaded film (wooo hooo :rasp: )

now, how do i convert it to a dvdr? im using utorrent to download it, please help people.

So you want to be able to watch it on a DVD player right?

You need to get a program called convertxtodvd - http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/

Add the video file to that software and click convert (takes about the length of the film )

you can burn the dvd to disc with that software too when it's finished converting.

rar is a zipped file mate, un zip it, depending on what is inside the RAR will decide the quickest way to burn it
If its a BIN file, or ISO etc you can burn it quickly with nero etc
u might want to grab a copy of winrar

.iso? .bin? VIDEO_TS? .avi? .mpg???

should be able to burn that without need for converting

it's an image file so it might be able to be burnt with nero once extracted from the rar file(s)

you say it f***s up when you try to extract? if so where did you get it from (i.e a newsgroup?)

yea, its extracted ok but when i try to convert it it wont do it, extracting it is fine, just getting it to the dvdr is a biatch,

Have you just got bin. files? or are there two Cue. files aswell?
