quality of paint

My car is 4 months old (well i got it from the dealer 4 months ago) and i am finding that even the slightest scrap on the cars body work, takes the blue metallic paint off and its straight down to the primer!

Is this normal?

My car has many white lines on it now, it thought it was just me, but it cant be!! its a brand new car and i aint going to be that careless!

its normal, your car is french, the french dont make good quality cars, just something that must be accepted

Yeah its normal for reanults, its a long standing joke in my local bodyshop about the lack of paint they put on renaults

A friend of mine who works in the spray shop for Land Rover helped me polish and wax my car commented that the paint was thinner than a rizla and had an orange peel effect to it due to not being cured properly or something. he basically said it was gash and that Id be better off getting it re-sprayed than polishing it!!!
