Just rang Demon Tweeks which isnt that far from me to enquire about getting a whiteline arb fitted to my Ph1. They say they only list one for the ph2. Will that fit mine? And the price is £177 fitted whilst i wait. Could get it done on Thursday which is my day off.:approve:

Will fit a Ph1 fine.

Ask how much they charge for fitting- it's pretty easy to do yourself.

I rang them about twenty mins ago. Spoke to a really helpfull guy there. The price to get it delivered is £162 and they have them in stock. They want £15 to fit it bringing the total to £177. Fine with me as i dont get much time off and can get it done on Thursday. I did put this question in another thread but my car has the standard shocks with sportlines. This going to make a £177 difference?

For £15, get them to fit it matey. Not worth getting on the floor for!

I had a Ph1 with OEM shocks, prolines and Whiteline and it was awesome! I know it's not what a Clio owner wants to hear, but it makes them handle much more like a 106 GTi/Saxo VTS. Ie. you can almost control understeer/oversteer on the throttle. Win.

Saying that, I'd wait for a second hand one. Fit yourself. Saved yourself £80.

I want to hear that it makes my Clio handle more like my old 106GTi. That thing stuck to the road, and to know that with it fitted, my Clio will feel similar is definitely a selling point!

Thanks for the reassurance ;)

There was one for sale not long ago, but they rarely come up! :(.

Well, I know of two that rarely get used I could probably steal one evening.

What's it worth? (;

What diameter are these the ones iv seen on balance motorsport were 20mm but on motorsport world it says they are 18mm?

These are a new batch, no worries that they won't fit or aren't right - Any probs just ask Paul White, very helpful

Ive just double checked with demon tweeks for peace of mind. Yeah they did have a bad batch that went back ages ago. These are spot on and if they werent, they wouldnt go near the car.
