RB FF 182
Hi Guys,
I've had my 172 since February 14th 2010 (The Mrs wasn't happy I spend most of Valentines day messing about with it but oh well! lol), and depsite the £100's I've had to pay out to get it to a decent standard I LOVE IT! lol
Anyway, it came with a really cheap induction cone superglued onto the induction pipe... and it's really really small. My girlfriend has a 1.3 Ford KA which came with one on (She's removed it and gone back to standard now), and the cone on hers was bigger than mine?! lol
I reckon one of the previous owners has gone to hellfrauds and just picked a "universal" one up.
My question is, could this be restricting the engine? (Doesn't feel like it.)
And, would it be best to buy a cheap, engine specific one for now to free it up, or wait til I can afford a decent set up (or maybe standard)?
Any advice appreciated! Thanks
P.S. I'll try get a pic up later if needed.
