Quick technical question

Trying to locate the common knocking noise on my cup, front end jacked up, wheels on, bonnet open. If I hold either wheel at 12.00 and 6.00 and rock forwards and backwards, the top of the suspension visibly moves and knocks in the engine bay at the top mounts. Bearings knackered?

Could be the mounts, how many Miles? Also make sure all the bolts are done up tight. You could also try the top strut washer fix.

Ive already fitted the washers, didnt make a difference unfortunately! Its on 32k miles. All bolts are nice and tight.
