RA 04 GAU Black 182 for sale Hants

Hi all.

I'm thinking about buying the car in the thread title, its a black gold 182, low mileage. May or may not have been a ClioSport member's car previously (current owner is second owner and says that the original chap who owned it was a Renaultsport enthusiast) so perhaps someone on here knows the car?

It's located in Hampshire if that helps.

I used to own a 182 Trophy a few years ago, BJ55FWR. I sold it to a lad from Wales in early 2008.

I went and saw this car and know quite a bit about it if you haven't gone to see it yet. Cambelt was done 4 years ago in December 09. Aux belt or dephaser don't have any receipts, needs a new exhaust as it rattles at low revs(broken baffles). The xenons headlight washers don't work, one bonnet washer doesn't work. Their is a dent in the bonnet where someone has pushed it not dropped it. Their is a dent in the drivers side door I think, only small. Scratch on the plastic of the passenger side mirror. A very faint scratch on the passenger side rear wing that runs quite the length of it(hard to see I suppose). The engine has a very low wining noise, not sure what it is. Clutch is very heavy and creaks when's depressed. Not sure what else.

As in it *should* have one if it is a Cup-pack car and its perhaps missing?

Or just it would look nicer with one?

Considering he says Immaculate in the description I was expecting that. He said he was going to get it looked at by Ktec when I said people might be a bit wary of the aux belt not being touched and the Cambelt not being done at a specialists. Was asking a bit high I think for what it actually was, even though it did have low mileage I suppose (not the be all and end all I've since found out). He didn't want to budge on price just yet and said he was happy to let any "mug" take it off his hands because they wouldn't check it as thoroughly as I did lol (is that fair enough?).
