Radio remote stawk with aftermarket head unit.

Hello.
I am looking to buy a new aftermarket head unit to run my 2 Sony Xplod amps.

My clio is 1.4 16v year 2000 mk2.

When I replace the head unit, Is there a kit I can buy to allow me to work the new head unit off the steering wheel stawk that controls the factory fitted head unit.

Any advice is welcome, hoping to get a Sony head unit btw, to match the sound system. Found one, just need a kit as I love working my radion off the steering remote.
