, was heading up to Freeport to go and see Cars 2. I didn't see you catch me up in the mirror though? Although I was enjoying having an open road for once

I was surprised to see you on the way back as well, my girlfriend wants a 182 and I said to her just before we got to the roundabout 'I wonder if we'll see that blue one again'. Just as I turned off you came flying up the road.
Looks good on the speedlines and sounded well too.

Nice, yeah cheers I'd just been for breakfast/lunch/dinner at Freeport when I saw you the first time. When I say caught up, I was a few cars behind you at the end of the A120. Should have just followed you at that first roundabout I saw you on, instead I went to the next and turned round. I have to say that the wide lane parts - probably the most fun you can have on an A road :rasp:.If you want any help looking at 182s I've owned a few of them, love a bit of tyre-kicking too.
Haha sounds like a bit of an epic meal! You should've done, I had some grey mk6 Fiesta Zetec S harrassing me the whole way down that road - didn't stand a chance. Is yours throttle bodied? If it is you probably would've driven off into the distance and left me for dead!

I had one of those mk6 fiesta zetec-s in white, was good for crunching lots of miles. 28mpg at 120mph too
Nah picked the Clio up from somebody on here, with most of the current stuff already done.

I wouldn't mind a new Focus RS, or a mk2 escort...the Fiestas just aren't quick enough to take my interest at the moment.
You got any more future plans for it? I didn't get a proper look, but is it stripped out with buckets at the moment?
Ahh cool, I'm going up there on Sunday too, hopefully it stays dry! Then back there in a couple of weeks time for Trax, can't wait!

Yeah it is Once I've got some issues with it sorted and tidied up under the bonnet, I want to get some better coilovers and that's about all it needs really.
Depending on how long I decide to keep the car for I may change some other things in the future, maybe the cams from the 428s it has now to the 421s. But that would be a long way off yet.
Well maybe we'll see you on the way. Not going to Trax, but enjoy!

I swear I saw you again on the old A12 by the Chelmer Tavern Sunday afternoon? I slowed down this time incase you came back round the roundabout but you must've carried on. Next time I bump into you, I'll try and turn round and catch you up .
