re-mapping 172 or 182

hey guys and girls, i have a 02 clio 1.4 dynamique sport +,
im after getting a clio 172, 182 cup or type r.

What do you peeps suggest and also has anyone had there clio 172 or 182 re-mapped or chipped?

If so what perormance gains do you recieve?

Had mine done, from rstuning drive is a lot better feels better lower down the rev range and has better mid range also.

Deff worth tuning, if done correct.
