Re-spray interior after cage fit

Started calling round to get some quotes for getting the inside of the cup sprayed\painted today, not got any prices back as yet.

Can anyone tell me what prices I could expect to get back.

Also If I was to do it myself, what would I need......considering the nearest I've come to spraying has been a smiley face on an old Vauxhall Royale a few years ago.

As I said before £3-£600,it's a lot of work once you start to look at it,nearly killed me doing ours.
