Rear 182 Coilover height adjustment help please!

I know how to adjust the fronts by winding the collar up the coilover body but at the rear the springs are seperate.

Question is how do you increase the ride height at the rear please, do I need rubber spacers beneath the springs or what?? Also if I do need spacer/packers where do I buy them?

if you look where the springs meet the axle, there should be a threaded bit. at the bottom of this there is a collar much like the collar on the front. just wind that up!
