Rear brace correct fitment

Car  Vee 6
What's the correct way to fit this ( got mine second hand )

Is it on top of the rubber, then the large washer and then nuts

Or

Rubber, large washer, brace then the nuts,

The marks on it suggest it's been fitted before in the second choice.

I know it does feck all, But i couldn't help myself.

Cheers

hmmm iv herd rear braces squeak alot so i was going to put an extra washer between the rubber and the brace so rubber, washer, brace, washer, nut

iv not fitted mine yet so im not 100% sure any of what i said is true or not but thats how i was going to try and do it? ;)

But they make the boot so impractical, it's like you have your very own lambourghini?

"Sorry love, the shopping won't fit in the boot, I've got a strut brace :approve:"

FYI I don't have a rear strut brace... they're gay
