rear brakes

I want some opinions on these... i know one of my rear bearings are going as im getting a terrible noise from the rear drivers side wheel..
also the discs look terrible and pads are on the limit so im guessing these will solve all the problems i have?

I know there's better out there but i dont want to be spending loads of cash yet, want to put the money else where..

I'm not sure about the eBay ones but G 172 was the cheapest for me out of anyone.
