rear bump strips

hello

i have removed the front ones using the guide on here but its a bit vauge about the rear bum removal.

it says use your hands only but when i push it towards the engine it wont budge - it feels like il snap a clip if i force it any more...

how do you remove these exactly

Just have to really push it forward, mine took quite a bit of force to slide forward.
