Rear calipers binding

Replaced my rear calipers both seem to be bind a fair bit now, really hard to rotate the disk by hand.

Would this be the two sliders on each caliper bolt being stiff (allowing the carrier to move or not)...they seemed to move OK before I fitted.

Not found a definitive answer when searching earlier.

Did you rotate/push the psitons on the calipers back in?

Yes, wound them right in. Just had a thought, they were quite hard to screw in, wonder if this is the problem.

Are they new ones or reconditioned? Might be seized. Did you check the handbrake cable? Might be under too much tension.

probably sliders. Remove, clean and grease.

Make sure the tap on the back of the caliper adjacent to the piston is located in a slot
