rear camber shims

  Bus w**ker
Is it actually worth bothering with adjusting the camber on a -30mm "fast" road car with some occasional track use? I only ask because I've just read in PFC where KTEC are saying it is, although it doesn't mention following what sort of suspension drop. I'm assuming that its more so to combat tyre wear rather than handling at this small amount of lowering.

yeah most cars that are lowered substantially need the shims to allow the tyre full face on the floor, as said to stop uneven wear.

Ok cheers, I'll add yet more to my list...and try to find a geo and camber adjustment place in or around Nottingham.

i know a lot of cars not having to run them so i would not buy until you know you need them mate. christophers car is low and hasnt needed them, his old ph1 didnt need them either IIRC

how does lowering affect the rear camber?

i can understand it on the front, but surely with a beam type axle it makes no difference?
