Rear drivers side caliper piston issue !

  clio 172
My rear drivers side caliper seems to have an issue as I noticed the brake disc will not rotate as the piston seems to
Be pushing the pads on the disc . I removed the pads carriers and pads and discs rotates fine . I tried winding the piston back but seems to do nothink .

Can the caliper be rebuilt if parts are available ?

  dan's cast offs.
take the disc off, hook the dust cover up a touch and give a quick spray of penetrating fluid under the lip to stop it sticking then spray some on the outside, get a big square plate washer, hold it in some mole grips and use that to wind the piston back. once it starts to move back crack the bleed nipple open a touch until it's all the way back then tighten the nipple back up.
