Following on from this thread (http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?696742-Gutted-Newbie!), my car has been written off and I dunno what to do with it.
I've been told the scrap value is £280, but I feel like if I stripped the car then I could probably make a fair bit of money back from it. Trouble is, the furthest I've gone with a car is an oil change
- I genuinely wouldn't know where to start. So I'm hoping by providing some info about the car, you can advise me on what to do and how much I'll get for parts etc.
So it's a BG FF 182 (both Cup packs obvs).

Stone chipped across the front bumper and bonnet as well as weird scuffs/slight scratches in random places on the car.
Continental Contact Sport 2's on the front (they were DAYS old when the accident happened) and Barum Bravuris on the rears (measured at 6mm tread - they were on the car when I got it).
Milltek Cat-Back exhaust
New Alternator @ 72k 16/3/12
New Bosch battery 20/10/10

Two other faults I need to mention too (like this before the crash).
Weird supercharger type whine - from searching on here I'm under the impression it's something to do with the exhaust manifold or an exhaust leak somewhere.

Then a couple of days before the crash, I was driving rather hastily down a dual-carriageway and managed to drive over a fresh pothole on the near side. I then noticed after that when turning right, there is a squeak coming from that direction ffs.
