Rear Pads

My rear pads are getting low, so I thought I'd have a go at changing them myself

I've not done pads before, but of the threads in the guides section I don't think I'll have too much trouble.

Am I best sticking to OE pads on the rear? Is there anything specific I'll need [to know] before getting stuck in?

Yeah, figured as much. Where's best to get them from GSF/Eurocar parts and the like?

buy Ferodo FDB 558 rear brake pads from halfords. full set for 15quid
I bought them today

And now i just read that when changing brakes you need new bearings??? baws

Is this the case for changing discs or pads?
