rear washer jet on phase 2 williams

i know its located at the bottom of the wiper arm, but why doesnt mine work?

Why do some Williams have a jet washer and some dont. Mine does, but ive seen pics of some that dont.

if you havent already stick a pin down the washer jet hole, this will prob clear the cr*p out of it .

i would have thought that the boots are the same, on a phase 2 the rear washer jets are behind the wiper, which is why you prob cant see them.

The phase 1s have a seperate washer jet wheras the phase 2s are built into the base of the wiper.

mine is the intergrated one, and it has never worked, it makes the noise and all the pipes are connected, (i think) tried the pin trick but no luck! even the front ones are tempremental and i lose the water quickly. i have taken the washer bottle complety out and cant find any leaks!?
