Recommend Web Hosting?

Can anyone recommend any web space? JustHost have tried to charge me £95.40 for a year (aparently what happens when the 'promotion' runs out).

Looking for about 10GB, tbh I use more FTP space than anything else. Preferably unlimited (or nearly) upload and download.
