got a ph quick and gunna try and refurb the spare wheel and if it goes ok will do 3 more!
first of all the car is silver what you guys rekon black or anthracite. i will leave the renault sign silver!

any tips on doing the job which paint to use etc. someone said on here u can get paint that doesnt need lacquer where can i get this? also i have oz f1 wheels (standard) and was wondering if their was anyway in filling in the spare hole which dont do anything?

how many cans of paint and primer will i need?

Keep them the standard silver, but thats just me.

As Mike said, the guide os on the forum, and the only tip worth mentioning is you can buy the most expensive paint in the world, but if you rush the prep, it will look horseshit. So, to summarise, take your time prepping everything...

any idea of amount of paint someone said a rover grey then add a little bit of red? i dont want standard grey wouldnt mind it a little diferent! started sanding tonight pretty evil task!

It will take you ages to do but it will be worth it if done right.

Use Rover stone grey . Get a couple of tins of colour and a couple of lacquer . Other similar anthracite colours are Peugeot Cossack grey and Vauxhall Steel grey .

This was a badly kerbed wheel i got off ebay .

rite i have decided to do them a anthracite colour. any spraying tips did u hang them up?

also should i do all the wheel then paint the renault sign black by hand?

or do the cap seperatly?

rite nearly finished sanding the first one ready to prime it how many coats?

how shall i spray it hung up or on floor?

just primed the first wheel looks s**t hot, looks new lol.

gotta choose a graphite / anthracite colour by tommorow

will post a pic of it primed in a sec!

i hope they dont scratch it putting the tyre back on do u rekon they will?
