Refurb Williams Alloys NW

I was wondering if anyone new of a place in or around the North West, Lancashire if poss, that could refurbish my Williams alloys?

Does the price depend on the condition of the wheels?

Anybody know what type of price I would be looking at?

Any info appreciated.

Think someone is selling one willy wheel on ebay. Good for a spare and also means that you could send a wheel away at a time to get refurbed if nowhere local and not be disadvantaged by it. Only problem with this is the fact that postage may cost more and possibility of colour match problems due to wheels being done at different times.

I really need a trip down there soon - as much as you can clean a car and polish it if you have flaky sh*t alloys the overall thing sucks!

Yes, if theyre bad theyll need extra work to get back to mint so price will reflect that..

Whats te deal with Pro Clean do you have to leave the car with them a few days or are they more of a while you wait kind of outfit?

id say........it wont be a while-u-wait service

prob better off gettin (for eg) 2 of mine n 2 of urs..........send em off , that way we only have to buy 1 wheel each n still have car on road

altho i do have a spare willy n spare steel rim

so if we go as a group we can work it that way

if its just 1 ov us etc il send a pair off at a time n use the spare willy n steel rims while they gettin done

I found a place in Bolton (Im from Blackburn) called Ace Alloys. Met the owner the other week. Really sound bloke called Mark Power.(No he doesnt have a brother called Max!) Getting the front wheels refurbed and the 4 coloured Anthracite for £40 a wheel. He said hell come to my works, as long as there is a power supply and do it there! Reckons itll be about 5hrs for the full job. Ill post on here when I get em done and let you know how good they are.

Hey Chris where abouts in Bolton is it, next to HW Audio? Just got a sold the Valver and got a Williams and it needs the wheels doing.

Are you gettin the Cup wheels done? They knackered already?

Mine r in perfect condition, apart from the center bit has gold flaking off. Would I have to have them done or is there an easier way?

if the golds flakin off mate id say that theyv been chipped or scratched or summat an the oxidisation is happening underneath the paint forcing it off.....if u know wot i mean.if they not too bad they ok but if bad get em sorted

Not sure exactly where the place is, I arranged to meet him at Reebok . The wheels arent knackered but have a bit of damage on the front off side. Just fancied having them sprayed anthracite as I think they look nice when covered in brake dust!

2 Live, its not bad at all really m8, just annoying, I h8 having a car with things like that or rattles... I tend to find faults and fix em even if they dont really need doing

i didnt think mine were too bad.........until id seen some other ppls lol

gunna have to get our lass to stop kerbin the fukkin thing too.

btw mine has no rattles,squeeks,bangs etc either .........hate that

ProCLean charge £20 for kerb damage or I think about £80 for a full refurb job.

Proclean is only about 2miles from my house and in fact on the same street as one of my mates.
