If it's the same as the 182 the rear is easy:

Lift the bootlid and you can see two torx bolts holding the top of the bumper on.
There is then a row of torx bolts in each wheel arch holding the arch liner and bumper together - these need to come off.
Push back the arch lining and there are two 10mm bolts up in the bumper holding the top of the bumper into the rear wing on each side. First should be visible once you have removed the arch lining, the other is hidden, feel around about - its about 2" nearer the back of the car but obscured from view by a bit of plastic.
Two 10mm (iirc) bolts underneath the car behind the bumper - look underneath and they are obvious.

Then should just pull off. There are two locating lugs where the bumper goes into the arch so need to free these then wiggle of the rest. Remember to unplug the number plate light!

Had never done mine but had to take it off at the weekend - took 5 mins.

No idea on the front yet - that one's for this weekend!!

Found this in another thread:

Bumper - Remove the 2 X 10mms underneath holding the bumper onto the subframe. Remove the T20s in each wheel arch liner (can jack the car up and take the wheels off if you've got claws for hands) Pull back the arch liner and you'll see a 10mm either side holding the bumper onto the wing. Under the bonnet theres 2 plastic clips - at the top of the grill, pop these off. Now lever the bumper forward / outwards either side at a time, best with a mate each side, unclip fog lights. Done.

T-Panel - Theres a git of 13mm right at the front going backwards from the slam panel, 13mm ratchet spanners easiest. Might be two on a Ph1. Undo the 2 X 10mms holding the bonnet catch onto the T-Panel and pull out, move out the way (note where the holes line up as if you line it up wrong after the bonnet can jam shut - should be roughly central.) You'll see the remaining bolts around near the headlights.
