Removing Rear Seats.

I know it's probably been asked and answered on here but I've searched and can't seem to find a thread that answers my question.

If I was to remove the rear seats would it fail an M.O.T?

I'm missing the seat belt buckles that sit in the middle of the rear seats and I was just looking for an alternative to spending money on a new set.

If you remove the seats you need to remove the seat belts aswell for it to pass an MOT, i have a middle buckles for sale but its out of a 2000shape clio if its any good to you.

Pretty sure they're a standard part for that shaped Clio but I'm not certain.
