removing the dash??

Yo guys and girls!!

my first post so bear with me.
ive jus bought full round replacements for my mk2 phase 3, campus sport imusic clio. I bought --

fitting the front door/rears i have no problem, ive jus no idea how to get to the tweaters to replace them cause when i take off the tweater grill, i cant pull it out as ther is a metal fitting that isnt inline with the hole, how easy is it to take off the dash to get to it and how can i do this?

you only need totake the top half of the dash off. Its about 12 screws IIRC
