removing wipers - haynes book

hi, has anyone got a haynes book that they could photo copy or scan for me, the section im after is removing the windscreen wipers. ive tried to get mine off so i can get to the washer jet tank, but i just cant get them off!!!

You just remove the cover and unscrew the bold holding them on then shak them about to get them off.
Why do you need to get to the tank though is it damaged or something?

yeah theres either a hole in it, or one of the pipes is loose.

ive undone the bolts and ive tried shaking but they wont budge!!!
