renault charge for immobiliser coding

Car  LY 182
anybody know what im looking at.

i have,,

matching ecu, uch, instrument panel and looms. and also the details and immobiliser code from the vehicle they came out of

also have what i assume is a blank new plip key still in the bag from renault

once the lot is bolted in if i were to tow it to renault how much would i be looking at for them to plug it in?
silly money i expect

Thats the cost for a new key+coding, think they check a half hours labour for coding. So £50 or so at a guess?

Oh my bad, £50 isnt too bad. Unless you know a mate that can get their hands on a clip

well i know one fella whos just bought a new diagnostic machine he thinks may do renault immobiliser.

my crypton dosn't do it only lists up to 1.6's..

almost begrudge paying for renault to do it but i guess i'll have to see how it goes

Yeh not so bad, but thats a guess as I don't know what they charge per hour labour? Obviously finding someone with a clip is the ideal.

well i would imagine matt black would do it for me seen as i bought the stuff from him, but getting the car there is out of the question
short of that the only thing i can think of is get the ecu decoded.. would that do away with the problems of it all locking up once its been disconnected etc.. so all i would have to do is plug it in and im away?
