renault radio

just got a standard renault radio and want to connect my ipod to it ive taken the radio out to have a look and there is a spare plug in the back. Im thinking that this is for the cd changer which is an optional extra will this work.?

if so who makes the renault stereo ive got a mk 3 clio. 03 plate.
is it still blaupunkt?

If its on 03 plate its a Mk2 phase 2 not a Mk3 the new Clio is the Mk3.

The spare plug yep is for a CD changer there a compnay who make a lead which connects this to your Ipod but its £110 or something I think. Another option is to get one of those Ipod radio adapters so you can get the ipod to act like a radio startion it doesn't work to well in my cClio works fine in my mates though.

Thought an 03 H/U would be a VDO rather than Blaupunkt??
