Renault special tools for dephaser/cambelt replacement on 182

Could anyone clue me up on the part numbers I'd require to do this job?

Better yet anyone in the southwest own the required tools and happy to loan them for a weekend?

Also is there a file online somewhere I can download of the Renault tech document with torque settings/procedure to do the job?

He works for Renault, and does a lot of cambelts for people on here so it may be worth a shot.

I've dropped him a pm although tbh I'm inclined to source the tools or borrow if possible as I can get the parts trade and have someone who can fit it.
