Renault split my caps....

After a crap day at renault...wasting money on a service and paying over the odds on brake pads all round....



went out to find my washed and hoovered car...with......small SPLITS on the centre caps on the wheels where they had been hammered on again

(cup pack aswell so the stand out)



After dragging the service manager out and giving them a b*ll*cking the agreed to supply new centre caps...THANKYOU...



(splits are very small so hey can be used again) pm

I WOULDNT take that very well....thats where i originally bought my car, have never went back though....

was quite impressed though, they only had my car out for 1mile....



was expecting more witht he new brakes fitted etc

The mile would have been when the apprentice ragged it down to the roll shop for the morning bun-run. They didnt take it out and test the new brakes later that day

Ah Parks the memories , I took mine in and they fooked one of my alloys , they where not going to tell me but i phoned them up and surprise surprise the mechanic had just told them (a day later) they tried to fob me off with getting them powder coated (one side would have been diffeent to the other ) their response "Youll never notice!" Like fook i will so i chose the guys to fix it and they did an excellent job hope they charged them a fortune .

Also order parts and they never get the right ones i end up making 2 or 3 trips and the b**tards still charge for things that only cost a couple of quid so now i p*ss them off and pay by switch so they loose money on every transaction LOL

Didnt realise how much i hated them Glenvarigill where much better

didnt think they could f**k up with parts cuz they always want your ring number, or they always did when i ordered stuff from ren.

Parks Dunfermline !!!! My service was ok but they did a list for about £500 wirth of work , i put it in for its MOT a couple of months later and the mechanoc laughed his ass off only thing that was right on it was the front wipers needed changing BEWARE

Ive been messed around with parts at a Renault dealer. Needed a new alloy for an 03 Dynamique, they took my numberplate which of course brought up the exact details for my car, then when I go back a few days later I get given the new alloy that Renault use on entry level Clios. Went back, guy scratches his head wondering how the hell his colleague ordered the wrong part as apparently there is only one choice on the system.

Anyways, didnt get an apology and to top it all off I had to pay more there and then as the one I actually wanted was more expensive!

They really dont have a good reputation locally (Platinum Renault, Trowbridge), spoken to many people and very few have a good word to say about them, especially regarding servicing,they seem to be all about the money and uninterested in customer service. Considering we have excellent Ford and Peugeot dealerships locally you would think they would put a bit of effort in.
