I know this topic has been done before. But i have just phoned my local dealer to book my 172 in for its 12000 mile service and have been informed that it doesnt require a service until 18000! He swore blind it was 12000, but having read earlier posts on here i have my doubts as to whether he is right.

Does anyone have a telephone, or email address that i could use to contact Renault?

Its 12000, definetly! 18000 is for general clios.

It is 12000 miles but the phone number you need is 08000 72 33 72

For a 172 mk2 its 12,000 already had this out with my local dealer because they gave me documentation which said both 12,000 and 18,000.
