Renault UK Extended My Warranty

Hi,

Thought I would just mention that I have been granted an extended years warranty on the cup by RUK for all my trouble with the car.

At last my persistant moaning has paid off . I now have full warranty til Jan 07, happy days!

I know, could not beleive it. The renault cutomer service guy said he has worked there for 7 years and he has never ganted a one years extended warranty. I really am pleased, the cup will be staying!!!!!

just out of interest what kind of troubles did you have? cos i am having troubles with my 182.. it has been in four times for one fault and has been in several other times for other faults.

All part fitted new:

Gearbox, 2x Driveshafts, clutch, centre exhaust, rear wheel bearings, rear discs, bake fluid container, engine mounts, heatshield, gear linkage, rust on bonnet & door, rattles form dashboard, cv joints, suspension mount.

I think that is it, but I bet I have missed a few!

You must have the patience of a saint to have not lost it with all that going wrong. If anyone deserves their warranty extending its you.

If I didnt love the car so much I would have lost the plot a long time ago, but it looks like common sence has prevailed.

Stick in there mate, all the problems will eventually be sorted. Enjoy the car
