I took the alternator out of my car lastnite as it seems to be playing up, and i also took the belt off which was a rite mission! but now i have the task of trying to get it back on. Does anyone have a diagram of the way it goes round all the pulleys, and also just incase i cant do it how much is it for a garage to do? its a 2004 clio sport by the way. Thanks;)

You'll have to tow it to a garage if you cant do it as the aux belt runs the waterpump.
Havent got a diagram to hand either sorry.

Hours labour max dude! Easy as long as the lug on the tensioner doesn't snap off. And it probably will, lol.

Yeah I have. Jack it up and pull the wheel off, arch liner out and pull the front crossmember off above the rad. Then just route the belt as above. Just be f**king carefull with the tab on the tensioner (square hole that you use to take the tension off the belt with) as they are so so weak, if you snap it you'll have an absolute b*****d getting the belt on!
