2003 Clio Sport
Hi, I've recently bought a second hand Clio Sport Mk 2, which only came with one key. I'm looking into how I can get a second key without spending a fortune (if possible!)

which looks straight forward - but the question is - will this work with a key from another car or with a blank? (ie http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/390382431238?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649)
Or is it the immobiliser that is the problem - hence it needs to come direct from Renault? I'm assuming this part needs to be programmed at some point - the cutting can be done by any locksmith.
Any clarification would be gladly received.
