as leigh says, if the surface is good to paint onto, it just needs
-going over with a grey scotchbrite and some panel wipe (10 minute job),
-blow it off, clean it up (5 minutes)
-mask up tailgate, roof, strip between the door n quarter, windows, bonnet and bumper. then bag the car up (hour tops)
-preclean, tackrag (5 minutes)
-paint/laquer/bake (hour tops)
-nib out any bits and mop it up (30-45 minutes)
so about 3 hours work non stop, realistically about 4
if the old paint aint very good though it will need wet flatting instead of scotching
