I have just email them through paypal directly, so they should get that one.

Same happened to me email them back on info@sourcingmap.com got that from their facebook page and it seems to work (havent had a bounce back yet)

They just sent me a message saying my payment was not processed successfully.

Just checked my paypal and it definitely went through.

Tried to email them back and the email was just bounced straight back to me!

Same here, no refund as yet so see where this goes....

I got the email about my payment not going through or whatever, forwarded my PayPal receipt so technically they owe me a DA.

When you search 'dual action polisher' it comes up at £4.48 but when you click on it it says out of stock.

I think it's; refund everyone. Or lop off the hand of the poor kid who made the price mistake. The former is a bit more humane

I didn't get a refund initially. I sent them an email after I sent payment on the 7th just to check availability, they sent one back on the 8th saying that payment had not gone through properly and that I should re-order. Checked paypal and the transaction was complete, the money had already left my bank account.

So I've just been speaking to them on their live chat and the guy admitted to a pricing mistake, no shock there. He said they are likely to be back on sale at $150. He sent me a refund.

Well that's good news. A month's time I may have a polisher!

We can only hope! heart set on one now and if this doesnt come through i may have to fork out for a DAS 6 Pro which means putting more pressing things on a back burner lol

1st Email @ 9:45am - Failed paymet
2nd Email @ 1:35pm - Payment received and processing.

Payment has left my account, not been refunded to paypal and is recorded as successful.

Chances of getting the DA - Probably about the same odds as finding a fully clothed male who isn't jacking off on chat-roulette!
