rs tuner???????

hiya right here goes im after an rs tuner, going to buy a new 1 from fast chip website and i want it to do be able to cycle abs pump (or bleeding) aswell as the performance map. Is this the right 1 i need?

and do i just select the ABS ph2 clio module and the matching vin No's, then just plug into car when i receive it and off i go
