Rubbers on mk2 172 Steering wheel

Just bought a mk2 172 steering wheel from a breakers yard but the rubbers are in really bad condition, anyone know if you can get new ones from Renault or anywhere else?

Yeah you cant buy the rubbers seperate, common problems with them bubbling and splitting, had mind replace under warranty with 48k on clock on mu 172!!
