Riiight, me and my mate had a look at where you can run a amp power cable from the engine bay into the car but couldnt find anywhere?! Any ideas people?
Use the bonnet release cable grommet. if you stick your head into the passenger footwell and look up under the dash you can see it. under the bonnet unclip the pas resevoir from the bulkhead and reach down behind the heat/sound insulation you'll be able to feed the cable through easily.
You can't easily, its riveted to the dash. You just have to work round it and its a major pain in the arse if your using a decent size cable, I fought for about 30 mins to get my 4awg through but once you can get a good hand hold of it on the engine side its easy, its just getting it started.
It will get frustrating, but stick with it, as long as you've got a decent size hole in the grommet it'll go eventually.
its only clipped on, there is a little lever/tag type thing you squeeze on it that releases it then pull up. vague description i know but once you look at it it'll make sense.
Nah i know the bit loony. Sort of like a quick release. Cheers Mate
Lee, a electrode come off the spark plug and fooked a valve. All sorted now though. Still doesnt go too bad does it really! Bearing in mind i had a full car and fooked springs. lol
