Well i got some tickets on thursday of a relative so decided to have a look down on saturday, we decide to head down early in the hope of getting a test drive of the new 200.

We got to silverstone at about 8;15-8;30 and signed up for a test drive at 8;45.

We were able to test the cars down on the small stow circuit, They had 2 RS200s there both in Alien green, OMG that colour is stunning in the flesh.

On the first lap out i was gentle with it, then the guy seemed happy enough to let me have a proper go with it.

I was VERY impressed, the power feels awesome, the car feels alot faster than the 182, reving nicely all the way round the clock in 3rd
The Brakes...WOW the stopping power was ver impressive, the 182 corners well, but the 200 is on another level. It turns in beautiful at any level, the change in direction instant.

I was very impressed made my 182 feel sluggish and old, my mate pete also fell in love with it. :star::star::star::star::star::star:

We watched some of the track action mainly wanted to see the meganes, wow they look stunning on track

As always i struggled to shoot at silvertone, i dont know why, fences sun people always give me huge problems :dapprove:

Was nice to meet a few new people and catch up with others.

How did the 200 compare to the track beast? Pace wise?

Felt faster than the 182 but didnt feel anywhere close to the pace of the track car.

Only thing i wish they had put on the 200 is a LSD cos after having one the make the world of differance.

ooh v good. use 350d myself and have an 70-300 APO in my sisters suitcase en route to me (hopefully), more than happy with the pics you shot

Well be prepared to get frustrated at first Took me a while to work out how to get the best out of my cheap lense.

I had a go in the 200 mate, I was really impressed too... I'm really starting to consider one now!

...not in green though, I thought it looked pants lol.
